Fostering Creative Opportunity

Thank you for your interest in participating in ArtWalk in downtown Flagstaff. Participation is open to local businesses, art galleries, or independent artist studios that are committed to featuring art, music, or cultural engagements during First Fridays.

ArtWalk is featuring 6-month seasonal listings.

Listing Options:

• Summer: May through October
• Winter: November through April
• One Time Pop-Up

Complimentary Listing – FREE

This free listing is an incentive for businesses to display artwork and for independent artist studios to be open for visitation during First Fridays.

Includes:

• Business name, address, and website on the ArtWalk website
• A map pin, business name, and address on the printed and digital map
• Inclusion in email newsletter promotions
• Inclusion in social media coverage

Note: Social media and newsletter promotion is curated and not guaranteed. Early submissions increase the likelihood of being featured. One-time pop-up listings can be featured across all digital outlets but will not be listed on printed maps.

Sponsored Listing – $300 per season or $500 per year

Best for businesses hosting artists, performances, or special experiences seeking expanded visibility.

Includes Everything in the Free Listing, Plus:

• Business name in bold font, 280-character description, and featured logo or photo placement on the ArtWalk website.
• Priority monthly social media promotion
• Priority monthly newsletter promotion

Email your photos and any additional programming or artist information to artwalk@creativeflagstaff.org. Add your business description in the form below.

All registrations must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the ArtWalk date. For those with a 6-month or 1-year listing, please email any updated photos, programming or artist information to artwalk@creativeflagstaff.org each month within that time frame.
