Heritage Square Tabling Requests

Thank you for your interest in tabling at First Friday ArtWalk!

Requesting a Table:

  • Approval by Creative Flagstaff prior to the event is required.
  • Spaces are limited, and priority will be given to local organizations with a community or Arts, Science & Culture focus.
  • All information, collateral, banners, posters, etc. must be appropriate for audiences of all ages.
  • Fee per ArtWalk date: $100 / $50 for nonprofit organizations.
  • Heritage Square setup begins at 4pm, and breakdown occurs between 8 – 8:30pm
  • Participants are responsible for providing all tabling materials and equipment.
  • Space size varies. No utility access is available.
  • All requests must be submitted using the form below at least 2 weeks before desired ArtWalk date.
  • If approved, invoice will be sent via email and must be paid before ArtWalk date
